Location

Our offices are located in Lisbon and Braga, or everywhere if you choose to go remote. It is your choice and regardless of it we’re sure that you’ll find a warm welcoming environment and a solution that will suit your every need.


The Role
Our marketing team has been directly responsible for successfully guiding Nutrium in the right direction, through each market we’re represented in at the moment, from Europe to the America’s, be it in the best or the worst of times. They’re highly capable, motivated, and with an extremely high appetite for growth and new learning experiences.


As a Paid Media Specialist you will be responsible for our paid media channels, Google Ads, and social media ads platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Linkedin). You’ll report on our digital efforts, and manage our paid media budget and campaigns. You'll work closely with the Marketing team to continuously improve our lead funnel, with plenty of room to innovate, automate, and experiment.


You will lead our paid media strategy and planning, developing integrated campaign plans across paid search, display and paid social. From campaign ideation, messaging, and development to creative briefings with our designers, we expect you to manage the whole process. You should always be aware of the latest digital marketing trends and be capable of applying that knowledge constantly.


Job requirements

Who you are

Proactive and detail-oriented, you will be responsible for revenue growth and lead generation through our digital media channels, designing and executing marketing campaigns. After the campaigns have been launched, you will extract and analyze data/performance across multiple channels, generate reports, and make actionable recommendations.


The best candidate for this role will act as an internal advocate and advisor on using digital marketing to help achieve the goals of the Marketing department (improve brand awareness, drive leads, improve lead activation and conversion, lead quality, etc.).


Here's what else is required from you:

  • Hands-on experience running paid digital campaigns across multiple channels;
  • Clear understanding of Google Analytics, Facebook Ads and Google Ads;
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English;
  • Practice working knowledge of digital optimization techniques such as A/B testing and conversion funnel analytics;
  • Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills;
  • In-depth understanding of the audience profiles and targeting options of different paid media channels;
  • Fluency in other languages is a plus;
  • A team-player with a positive and can-do attitude.
