Location

Our office is located in Braga. 
This position is subject to variable office attendance. Depending on the tasks assigned, you might have to be present in our offices a couple of days in a row. Inversely, there will be weeks in which your presence might not be required at all.


The Role

We are looking for someone who wants the chance and the responsibility of acting as a point of contact and support for the Administrative, Human Resources, and Operations Departments. This role will have you following up and organizing, from top to bottom, processes, and paperwork that are fundamental to the efficiency of the company and its employees.


What you'll do

  • Support with scheduling and organizing company events;
  • Preparing and sending shipments;
  • Proactively maintaining compliance and safeguarding crucial company documents;
  • Control and assure mandatory documentation and requirements’ compliance, as well as internal documents;
  • Support with travel logistics;
  • Expenses management;
  • Precisely reconciling financial records for accurate record keeping.

Job requirements

Who you are

  • Open to criticism, driven by a strong desire to keep improving;
  • Passionate about working in a fast-paced environment, eager to make an impact and have an active voice in a promising start-up;
  • Team player and dynamic;
  • Organization skills and attention to detail;
  • Bachelor's degree;
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus!
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office & Google Suite;
  • Eligible for IEFP internship;

  • Fluent in Portuguese (English is a plus!);

  • Currently residing in Portugal.
